Dialogical Circle

is one of the two archetypal dialogue forms in the Kommunikologie. Examples for this are committees, laboratories, congresses and parliaments. They are “closed circuits” of exchanges which generate new information in the exchange (as opposed to discourses which are concerned with accurate storage of transmitted data). Since the are circles they give the impression of being representative of social diversity, but since they are closed, they have an elite character which they tend to deny. (p.30)
