create a page by creating an internal link
The most common and recommended way is to simply create an internal link from an existing page to a non-existing page. Follow the newly created link once created, and then click on Create this page (on right menu). It ensures all your pages are linked together correctly and you don't create orphans anywhere.

use the search to create a page
Alternatively, you may enter the name of a new page directly in the search field, and click the “Search” button. The introduction text will present a link to create a new page named after your query.
use below plugin to add a page
The default namespace for all articles in English is “Root”. If you want to create a page in another language's namespace, use the pull-down menu on the left and choose the appropriate language.
There are also dedicated namespaces for certain projects and sections. Please don't use these unless you know what they are.
Don't forget to select the correct namespace. See the pull-down menu on the left.
Please note that only logged in users can create pages in non-talk namespaces.
